Content Policy

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Content Policy applies to all creators, uploaders, and contributors who submit, upload, or otherwise make content available on Kavi — including podcast creators, audiobook authors and narrators, independent musicians, and anyone else who provides content for the Kavi platform (“you”). By contributing content, you agree to this Policy. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Your Responsibility and Rights

You are solely responsible for the content you contribute. You represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to, every element of your content and to make it available on Kavi — including any underlying works, sound recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, samples, guest contributions, and any name, voice, image, or likeness featured in it. You agree to indemnify Kavi Media, Inc. against any claim arising from content you contribute that infringes or violates the rights of others or applicable law.

We may, at our discretion, remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy, and may suspend or terminate the accounts of contributors who do so. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated in accordance with our Copyright / DMCA Takedown Policy. Serious violations, including those involving child safety, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
